Get ready with me: Dramatic Eyes

DRAMATIC EYE MAKEUP: GET READY WITH ME

2.jpg

PRODUCTS & METHOD USED:

Eye Base: Maybelline’s 24HR Tattoo (Immortal Charcoal)
Blended Crease: MAC Eyeshadow (Blackberry) – I used this shade with a fluffy brush to blend out the harsh lines of the eye base
I added tape to the sides of my eyes to create a defined edge
Lid Colour: The bright blue from Make Up Revolution’s Mermaids vs Unicorn Palette. I used a very dense brush to pack this colour onto the lid
Defined crease: I used the middle purple from the same palette and applied it to my crease, blending it out so it wasn’t too harsh or too defined
Brow bone and inner corner of eye: I used MAC’s Eyeshadow (Sun Tweaked) with a fluffy brush
I went in with the black from the MUR’s palette, and used a small defined brush to apply it to the edge of my eyelids, working it upwards to create a crisp edge
I then went in with a Cargo Eyeshadow (skyline), which is a deep blue, and went over the lid colour with this to emphasise it a bit more. There is a deep blue in the MUR palette also which could have created the same look
Eyeliner: As always, I used Makeup Gallery’s liquid eyeliner to define my lids. I also applied a black to my waterline
I used Cargo’s Eyeshadow in ‘Hu‘ to mak the inner corner of my eye pop. I just used an eyeshadow sponge to apply this. I then used the same sponge applicator to smudge the purple and blue shades under my eye (something the sponges are good for!)
I then applied lashes and mascara

SO HERE IS THE VIDEO!
