SO I TRAINED BACK AND BICEPS ON SUNDAY WITH MY HUSBAND. I ALWAYS LIKE TO TRAIN WITH HIM AS HE MAKES ME SWITCH UP MY EXERCISES OR CORRECTS MY FORM. HE ALSO SHOUTS AT ME IF I WANT TO STOP…TOUGH LOVE & ALL THAT! SO HERE IS MY WORKOUT!
