Today I trained shoulders & triceps. I also got some cardio in and some ab work. So let’s get into the workout!
As I always say, I am no way trained in this, but I just love to try new things and get a good workout in!

BARBELL SHOULDER PRESS
After completing my warm up sets, I completed 3 sets of 10 reps with my working weight.
SIDE LATERAL RAISES
I then went on to side lateral raises. I love these, they are one of my favourite exercises to complete. I completed 3 sets of 10-12 reps
I then moved on to face pulls, another great exercise for the shoulders. I love to really hold and squeeze these at the top of the exercise to get a great burn. I completed 3 sets of 15 reps.
DUMBBELL LYING REAR LATERAL RAISE
This exercise is always pretty hard for me, but I am getting there with it! I completed 3 sets of about 10-12 reps.
DUMBBELL SHOULDER RAISE
I then went on to dumbbell shoulder raise (another one of my favourite exercises). I completed 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
ARNOLD SHOULDER PRESS
To finish off my shoulders I completed just one set of these until failure…at this point my shoulders were definitely done!
TRICEP PULL DOWN
Then I moved onto tris…so I started with tricep pull down using the cable machine. I completed 3 sets of 10-12 reps
To finish off, I used the tricep machine at my gym and completed two sets until failure.
To keep my heart rate up, I jumped on the bike and completed 10 minutes of steady cardio.
I am really trying hard to gradually strengthen my core. I finished off with a circuit of planks and reverse lunges. I completed each exercise for 30 seconds each and completed the circuit three times
& after completing my cool down, I was done!
